Prismatic Jelly Quest

hello! I was just wondering if there's any possible way to force a quest. been trying for over a year (in game lmao) to get the prismatic jelly quest from the wizard and cant seem to get it. I check the board every monday and it never pops up. I cant find anything about increasing the likelihood and I've been doing other quests to passively increase my chances but its been frustrating.
