tp cmm laptop requirements

hi! im waiting to enter cmm in tp and im not sure which laptop is the most suited for this course! and i have a few questions and queries! feel free to share anything related to laptops for cmm or any cmm in general too!

mac:

im alr an apple user and ive heard good things abt mac for this course but someone also said its a scam and if u open 2 adobe apps it already starts to lag?? and i heard some people say adobe creative suite is better on mac (is that still relevant??) however someone said lecturers use windows more and might be easier to follow and is less complicated??

windows:

ive used it before so slightly more familiar.. also is the nvivida geforce etc 5050 ram better or integrated amd radeon better?? (sorry im not familiar with tech comp stuff) and it falls within the requirements of integrated graphics/nvivida geforce mx right ??

also does anyone have any experience of buying through the specific school subsidy websites and do u know roughly the duration it takes to arrive
