Mosh pits and crows killing question

I'm so excited for the HTX show next weekend . I'm currently recovering from top surgery well I'm technically fully recovered . I've been in pits before so I know what to expect and my surgeon says I'm good enough to go into the pit and White Oak has an upstairs area if I get too overheated and need to rest .

I've been to hardcore shows in the past before top surgery but this is my first time post op and I'll probably wear a sport bra with padding in case I get hit on my chest and fall on the ground which should help plus being hydrated before , during and after . But how is the crowd killing at MG concerts. I went to a Puzzle and Enjoy concert and it was fun but also all ages and I always get worried about all age concerts since most of the younger Genz crowd doesn't really know how to mosh.

And I'm not wanting to get windmilled by a 5'8 16 year old , even though they probably would weigh 150 so it can't be that bad lol . I have a high pain tolerance and have gotten a bloody nose , scrapped up on my legs and a bruise before so I don't really mind being hit as long as someone isn't punching or being overly aggressive for no reason. I'm ok with being reasonably aggressively pushed and moved around by everyone.

I'm just wondering cuz during the Puzzle and Enjoy concert there was some crowd crushing in the front because sadly people can't behave themselves when they're so close to Wyatt and Fletcher lol so I might stay on the side and let the energy of the crowd move me around instead of trying to get in the middle or the front like usual before surgery .

I want younger Genz to have fun at concerts but also if people are going to act immature in the pit and crowd killing I rather be on the sides but I doubt it since the fandom is too niche to be Tiktok famous or something . To me there's a HUGE difference between aggressively/hardcore dancing which I love doing and being a dick . But the fandom seems super chills so I'm just curious how the pits are.
