Student teaching payment

So as you know it takes up to 3 months to get placed into PCE and then another 3 months to get placed into your student teaching. With all of that I wasn't placed until 2 weeks before my 2nd term ended. I paid in full for my tuition but now that I am starting my 3rd term I'm told that I have to pay in full all over again for the same courses 🙂. Has anyone ever been in this situation? I understand that ST can take longer than two terms but WGU really should have been more clear that ST was basically going to cost me 2 full terms worth of tuition
