My account was hacked

Someone managed to changed my account password then changed the email associated with my account.

Now it’s no longer showing my projects and asks me to reverify my identity

Can anyone help? I reached out to support on friday but all they said was they would escalate the case

I also am unable to dm the mod team on this subreddit which is I am reposting this. Can the mod team please reach out me?
