How do you do Shortcut which detects if you have audio playing from spotify/youtube music?

I want to create a shortcut which only works while Im playing music but idk if it’s even possible to make shortcuts that detects media playing in the background so I decided to ask here. The rest of the shortcut doesnt matter, I just want it to only work if music is playing
