24 M , btech grad from tier-1 , how to navigate the career route ?

so i am an engg grad who preped for Navy for a year afterwards ( didnt get a placement ) and got medically rejected
after that i am unable to break into tech
i watch , i code , i try but fail miserably
i am an overthinker with way fragile attention span , and simply hop onto one interests to another
i am learning sql,python as part of my data analysis prep but i am not even working at the potential which i can
i even know the reasons behind such work ethic
two energy levels , constant doom scrolling , poor sleep quality , little to no body movement
but now it feels that the system is collapsing , and i dont even know how to revive it effectively

this is the same guy who ran a HM and has been consistent over 6-12 months over preping for navy , so mental toughness is there but what i lack is handling strategy

it feels like days are passing by in a brink with me having little to no control over it.
