Locked Out of Main Instagram Account Due to Lost 2FA Phone Number – Need Advice

Hey everyone,

I'm currently unable to access my main Instagram account, riyan.exists, since 2FA has been enabled, and I don't have access to the phone number to which the SMS-based OTPs are being sent.

My current situation is as follows:

2FA has been enabled

I don't have access to the phone number to which the 2FA code is being sent

I have three Instagram accounts under my Meta Accounts Center

I have tried changing the phone number for my account riyan.exists from the Accounts Center

I have tried disabling 2-step verification

None of these methods have been successful so far

I am not logged in to my account on any of my devices

I have tried the "Get Help Logging In" feature, but I haven't been able to recover my account so far.

Has anyone been able to recover their account in a similar situation?

Did selfie verification work for you?

Are there any other methods of account recovery that I may not be aware of?

My account is my main account, so any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!
