Should I superimpose?

Currently, I have a S4 EOP (on Hysilens) and S1 EOP (on BS). Should I superimpose it to get S5 EOP, and just give it to one of them or remain as is? They both have 120% ehr, 3500+ atk, and at base speed (not sure but i didnt really focused on speed substats). I pretty sure I wont be able to pull Hysilens LC since I just lost to Clara's LC.
