Kaishi 1.5k or JLab decks?

Hi everyone!

I’m planning to start learning Japanese and would love some advice on which Anki deck is best for beginners. I’ve heard great things about both the Kaishi 1.5k deck and the JLab decks, but I’m not sure if one is generally recommended over the other.

Also, are there any good supplementary decks that pair well with these? And once I finish one of them, what would you suggest moving on to next?
