For all those who experience receiving Notice of Action more than one month after home assessment. Is it worth the wait?

My mom has been waiting for four weeks now for her Notice of Action after social worker's home assessment. We keep calling her social worker and texting her a lot of times.

Did you guys mostly get approved? I told my mom if they're denying your application they should've sent her NOA right after the assessment.

Any thoughts or experiences shared is much appreciated. Thank you!
