Best highway eater under 10k

Gonna be commuting at least 24 times a year between Houston and Lubbock this next year. It’s roughly an 8 hour, 525 mile drive. Looking for something that has overtaking power, can comfortably cruise at 75-90mph, has at least 350miles a tank, and won’t make me a giant piece of cop bait. Don’t care about transmission, make, awd/rwd/fwd, CarPlay, sedan/coupe/wagon. As long as it boogies and maybe gets 20mph I’m in. I’ve owned a lot of German and Japanese cars, 944 turbos, 986s, 4Runners, Miata’s, 190Ds, etc, so I can do just about any complicated maintenance myself but I don’t want to do it roadside. Bonus points for anything cool or weird like a Saab 9-2X Aero. Also cool with any generic sedan. Main feature is that it’s comfortable and fast on the highway.
