Mobile App - Account Lock/Unlock Question

Are you able to unlock account lock on mobile app? I keep all my accounts locked and can easily unlock/lock on desktop but I do not see the option in the security section of the app. I normally transact on my desktop but want to be able to unlock on my phone if I needed to do something urgently. Maybe I am missing where this feature is on the app.

Also is there any way can I turn off being asked if I want to enable biometrics every time I sign in on the app? Thanks.
