Opinion on NIKKOR Z MC 105MM F/2.8 VR S lens

Currently I have Nikon Z6ii camera and Nikkor Z 400mm f4.5 VR S lens for bird photography. I am looking for new lens options for macro or micro.

Pros and Cons based on experience.

Can this MC 105mm also be used for portrait and landscape?

Suggest if any better alternative which I should consider.
