Extra Foils In TMNT Commander Precon

I bought the new TMNT precon on Friday and when I opened it there were 2 copies of each of the foil commanders (the Turtles, Splinter, and Hero's in a Halfshell). I was not short any other cards, so it seems like a lucky mistake. I checked with another guy who also bought and opened his there and his was normal. Just curious if anyone else has seen this.
