Birthday dinner / Birthday Brunch reccs?

Hi! I’m celebrating my 22nd birthday next week and was hoping for reccs for a dinner and then a separate weekend brunch? For dinner I’m hoping not to spend more than 190 between me and my bf. I was looking at Lola’s and The Reading room (if we just split apps and each get 1 main and 1 dessert + a drink each) KBBQ would also be fun. I would like it to have some cute ambiance! For brunch it would just be me and some friends doesn’t need to be fancy I just wanna drink and eat some yummy food. Anywhere is fine but i prefer manhattan and dtbk. Thanks!
