Good bye GenX

Hi everyone,

I’ve decided to leave this community. When I mentioned that I didn’t know someone being discussed, I received downvotes and degrading comments, which honestly surprised and hurt me. I don’t fully understand the hostility toward a simple statement.

I joined this group hoping to connect with people from my generation and to have open, respectful conversations about the things we share. For me, a community should feel safe and welcoming, even when we don’t all know or agree on the same things.
