Anyone else get exhausted after getting blood drawn ?

So I went to get my blood drawn to be tested today, I’ve had it done so many times in hospitals and back in 2024, all those times I’ve been fine after except a tiny bit sore when the needle went in.

But this time has left me super exhausted and honestly bed ridden, I ate before hand and hydrated and got enough sleep but when I had it does the band wasn’t on as tight so I felt it and it hurt but it was fine, it was as I was walking back home everything started tilting I made it home safely and just kinda went to bed but I’m super exhausted now and I feel like my day is going to get wasted. This has never happened before to me so I’m guessing it’s a sign that I’m getting worse with things ?
