Brain Inflammation and Lupus

Can anyone feel when they have inflammation in their brain? I am experiencing fatigue after almost a full day of joint pain yesterday. I have pressure around my skull, but it doesn't feel like a headache along with mood changes. Seeing if anyone can relate or have feedback.
