SSI Reduction and why?

Hi I just wanted to say, I did provide Baltimore City SSA local office my room rental agreement for 500 per month plus 1/2 the utilities 150 per month total 650. The SSA caseworker talked to my landlord homeowner but he told her his utilities are 400 to 500 per month total. He FORGOT to tell her winter months utilities are higher than summer months, so he average utilities at $150. Well the portal was just updated and my SSI is like 646 for April 1. I do pay the full amount or my Fair share of my room rental. I don't understand what happened, the room rental agreement says 500 per month rent 150 utilities, half the total amount of utilities.

Should I have a new rental agreement done? Is it too late if my first SSI check is April 1 2026?

Of course the caseworker didn't mention nothing about my back pay, as I know the attorney gets 25 % plus State of Maryland DSS gets their TDAP reimbursement .

I was medically approved Jan 23, 2026, Perc Interview Feb 10 plus Friday Feb 27, she called me twice about Perc questions about my housing. SSA portal updated Feb 18 2026 approval non medical, fully approved. And Saturday Feb 28 SSA portal updated SSI $646 on April 1 2026.
