Just learned how stabilizers work

So I've been playing a few hours (just got the >!artificial heart!<) and feel so stupid. Ive been carrying around a stabilizer almost the entire game thinking it was like a charm and I had to keep it in my inventory. I was stressing out about inventory (tbf I still am) until I >!got a recipe for it!< and realized I could use it lol🤦‍♂️

in hindsight it makes a lot of sense considering the item design. no idea how I didnt realize it sooner
