Buying a car from a Facebook "trader"?

What are your opinions on buying a car from Facebook Marketplace from a person selling multiple other cars at once. It makes me think they are a car trader / flipper and just try to maximise profit.

Should I avoid these cars? Or is it worth checking if the price is right?
