Buying a new PC.

Hello. I found a pc for 3500€ or 4k$. The specs are:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
• RAM: 32 GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance 6000 MHz
• Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 Eagle WiFi (AM5)
• GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5090 32 GB

• SSD Samsung QVO 1 TB • SSD M.2 NVMe 500 GB

• PSU: 1000W Corsair Gold 80+

Is it assembled right? I think of buying this one since i cant find a RTX 5090 ANYWHERE under 3k. The guy that built the PC said he bought the gpu for 2400€.
