Serious question

So ive been in tokyo 5 weeks now and have been on dates with two different women and I mean totally different from eachother in every way . One was younger and the other older .... now here is where I need your help . Do a lot of japanese women have a ... well ... poop fetish ? I ask because both of these women wanted to poop on me and now I am hesitant to ask another woman on a date for fear the third might want to do the same .
