I recently grew very interested in tulpas

When i was in middle school i created a mansion where me, my ocs and all my favorite characters could interact with each other in but when I would get into deep thought i would hear a voice come from nowhere it would say hi or hey and sometimes my name but I never tried to expand on it to be honest it scared me a little. Was i on the verge of creating a tulpa?
