IIT Kanpur mismanagement

Absolute mismanagement by IIT Kanpur. No support regarding the slot change mails.... Absolute wastage of money and time. Earlier during the application process whenever I had a doubt, it got resolved so quickly via emails. Now suddenly I don't understand what changed. Whoever is managing the queries now is doing an absolutely shit job. I wish they had maintained the quick resolutions as I had gotten during the application window. This is extremely disappointing.
