Strange interior fluid leak

I’m an idiot and didn’t bother taking any pictures when I was trying to figure this out. I’ll either add pictures or make a new post soon.

1999 silverado 2500

My driver side carpet is constantly caked in grease. I pulled up the carpet and it’s a red looking fluid, allergies are hitting me so I couldn’t really smell it but it looks just like trannny fluid.

It appears to be coming from some metal line up under the dash. I could not see where it exits the fire wall, it’s kinda up by the brake cylinder.

If anyone has any idea what the hell is going on I’d love some advice. Thanks
