How can I get through the Huawei ID?

I have this tablet which my parents got for me in 2021 so I could study better, now that I have a phone i went through it again. I forgot my password, I searched online and they said to **Hard Reset** it and so I did. Now that I'm trying to get back in it just keeps saying that it's unable to connect to the server even though the home wifi is working good. Any ideas how to solve this without the proof of purchase? I searched everywhere around the house, but I think it got thrown away especially that my parents don't usually keep receipts at one place. Any help is truly appreciated.
