anyone go back to 5mg?

i started for two weeks at 5 mg and started to feel like myself again! since starting 10mg for about a week i feel anxious, unmotivated, sad, been missing work. I just talked to my dr & i can go back to 5mg instead. Anyone else seem to do better on 5mg? i also take 36 mg of concerta for adhd
