How long before i can use 3 pay installments again after being restricted by Paypal to use it for some card trouble?

I was trying to order something online. I can pay the whole thing immediately but i wanna try the 3 pay installments just in case i ever need a spare of large amount of cash. So, i was trying the 3 pay installments like for 5 times and i always got denied. After some tinkering, i found out that the reason was the card refuses online transactions. I dont how was that possible but i have been using that card (bank account) through paypal to pay full whenever i order and it always worked without issues. Then Paypal sent me an email that states that my account will unfortunately be restricted on using the 3 pay installments. Now, after some help, i can finally use the card for online transaction but i still cant use the 3 pay installments. When can i use it again? Or do i have to message directly to solve the issue? By the way, its my first time using it and the cost of the product is within the budget limit..
