Oura knew I was pregnant before I did

For the past couple weeks my resilience scores have been insane, stress levels are through the roof constantly, elevated heart rate & body temperature. I’m not sick at all so I was getting pretty frustrated at this constant score.

Then, I had a bout of morning sickness and decided to take a pregnancy test. Lo and behold, it was positive.

This ring is actually insane lol
