Is Tuf worthwhile for a college gamer?

I am planning on getting a gaming laptop this summer. For refence, I am an South Indian student going to college this year. I want a laptop that will last me at least through my college years(i.e. 4-5 years min).

So this goes for all Tuf users: Should I go for Tuf or look elsewhere?
