Should I suspend whole decks after finishing a topic?

Hey everyone, i am facing a problem with my learning on Anking deck. I basically have a backlog of 3000+ due cards (accumulated over about 20days during my “break”).

The problem I face now is that there are too many cards for me to do to a point where its overwhelming. I am unable to learn further material because of the time I need to chip off from my backlog.

Most of the recent cards are from the sketchy microbiology tag. I fear if I do suspend all the tag that I will have to somehow relearn these later. Basically postponing the inevitable 😂.
