Planning to start Job hunt, need recommendations.

Hello Everyone, i am working as manager operations for a reputed company, been here for long time and realised that it's time to move on, however I have been out of touch with job search markets for a very long time. I will be very grateful if someone can point me for consultancy who can help or tips for job hunting. LinkedIn and naukri seems like dried up.
