Mycambrian changed

Cambrian keeps making changes to how we have access to our online resources and now they've changed the mycambrian. It won't let me login, I've used all 5 of the passwords that they keep making us change throughout my school year. I don't have access to my dashboard. Is anyone else having this issue, do I have to go to IT to get it fixed or am I just being stupid?
