Is it really true that if we check 3d our manifestation won’t happen?

i think that thinking like “oh i checked their profile they won’t come back to me” is the cause of this problem. You can pull your energy to yourself and check their profile at the same time without any expectations. If YOU believe that it will destroy all the manifesting you did then it will definitely ruin it. I’m kinda confused about this topic I’m new to manifesting so i would be glad if someone help me
