can i move insurance (may be w/car )from USA? from Ontario

Hey, All. after paying 4200 CAD per year for my 2016 car while other are paying way less. i feel like its ripping my financial just to sake of having a insurance.

Clean record. immigrant which is why I'm paying for than average Canadian for same criteria.

how can i move my insurance to USA, or sell my car and bought from USA and insurance as well!!

is it possible ?
