Why don't I get any miles from my flights?

I’ve noticed that at least my last six Delta flights haven’t been credited to my account, the balance for each trip is always zero, and I’m well past the 7-day waiting period. I’ve reached out to customer service but haven’t received a response. Has anyone experienced this before, and how did you resolve it?
