Money Tree

so I am absolut beginner to this topic - dont be too tough on me.

i have this plant and it grew pretty nicely over the winter - i feel like nowbwould be the time to cut it back so that its not getting too tall and the trunks end becoming exposed too much.

how do i do this? i have no idea what to focus on etc.

ALSO

is it possible to splice the tree to a new one with a branch?
