How to deal with siblings that mirror?

[Rant/Vent, Advice OK]

Hello,

I made the mistake of talking to my twin about my therapy conversations. He has a degree in case management, never certified, and claimed that narcissism is an "easy bake oven" answer to people's complexity. This weekend we tried having a walk with his new dog. Couldn't give me clear directions, then gave me a Google pin, but could not tell me he parked by his church instead of in the park's parking lot.

He brought up our mom and how she treats her dogs similar to how she did us as kids. Not letting us be social and controlling. I commented on what I learned from therapy. He talks over me and gets frustrated. I make a point how both parents have gaslighted me about my allergies and health issues. Which he dismisses and justifies my parents.
He starts to talk, and even agreeing with him makes him made. He "claps" at me like you would to shut up a child, and yells at me to be quiet.

I ended the conversation and left.

I realize now that he is copying behaviors from my parents.

Any advice is welcome.

Are there book or youtube suggestions to help?
