Advice needed for ON

Hi everyone! I’ve been suffering with ON for almost 3 weeks. Been having this sharp, stabbing and shooting pain at the back of my head on the left side. So I just finished 5 day Prednisone course (50mg) and had a nerve block 3 days ago. So right after the injection I was feeling better, but pain came back after 48h (I would say now I feel more pressure in my head), though my neck movement is still much better than before.

Now here’s the tricky part: I fly to Colorado tomorrow to ski and doctor suggested I have another 2 injections today to the left and right of the previous injection..but I am honestly a bit worried..wouldn’t it be too much? Considering I already had 1 syringe just 72h ago + oral steroids..I don’t want to suffer in Colorado as it’s too late to cancel everything at this point but I am also scared that I’ll feel worse after additional injections and all these high doses of medications..so any advice would be greatly appreciated! I’ve never suffered with this kind of pain before and it’s killing me

P.S. I also take 4mg of Tizanidine at night to help me sleep..when it all started, I couldn’t sleep at all because of the pain but O guess sleep is much better now, I am more concerned about pain while sitting and moving
