It’s been 4.5 Weeks and I still haven’t received a POE

I’m feeling really down :( my fiance and i applied at the same time and completed our biometrics and everything at the same time (27th jan) . He got his POE on Feb 3rd and I haven’t heard anything since . I’m starting to feel really deflated , it’s so frustrating not knowing what’s happening . I really want to submit a webform asking what’s happening, I get the general processing period is up to 8 weeks but it was such a quick turnaround when i applied, everyone on the subreddit seems to be getting them super quick and as it stands the processing time is only 2 weeks :((
