the quality work my Asus repair staff

I sent in my ROG Ally Z1E for stick drift on the right thumb stick (it was slowly moving down. when i got it back it was pegged moving hard right. I'm in IT so i took a look and this is what i found. the stand was completely broken off of the main board. see images. they had to have known this before they sent it back to me right?
