Fixing atrocious interview skills?

Every single time I’ve interviewed for anything I’ve never got the offer or moved on to the next stage, despite preparing and doing my research. I think this is because im not an enjoyable person to talk to, and people typically don’t like me. Unfortunately I am intelligent enough to have gotten into a target university and have achieved good grades until this point, however my interviewing skills prevent me from even moving on to a second round in an internship and no amount of being smart can make up for how I interview. Do I just accept unemployment and failure? It has really been affecting my grades as well as I’ve been neglecting uni work to focus on applications, which go nowhere because I can’t interview :(
