Tail of the Comet question

So I just came back after a long break to play Stone Demon, and I noticed that my Cyborg that has points into Tail of the Comet isn't showing it in my skill tree like it should.

Is this a bug or did a patch come out not allowing that skill to go over 5 points and I just missed it?

Thank you in advance
