Hotaru

So I recently was gifted MK1 and spent some time going through the Klassic Tower to see all the endings. Is it just me with some wishful thinking or is the Rain/Havik ending the perfect opportunity to bring Hotaru back in the next game? A survivor of Seido hunting down the two, something like that.
