My boys won't stay in.

my boys won't stay in. I have a solid ring and an adjustable ring. My boys slide out of the ring or even with the adjustable. The adjustable was so tight my ball had to pop through it. yeah.... that fucking hurt. Suggestions? Anyone run into this?
