Possible cryptocaryon infection

Hi everyone. I think i got an ich infection in my tank. My show the usual white spots and sometimes rub against rocks. However, this thing is going on since at least a month now, non of my fish have died exept for one, but not for the infection, I think the medication did it. White spots are very few, and some of my fish never showed a single white spot, like my Halichoeres leucoxanthus exemplars and my tomentosus, never had one single spot.

The spots appears and disappears in hours.

other than that, all the fishes are fine, they eat, don't breath rapidly and are very active.

I tried using Oodinex, because I cantt have a quarantine tank right now, and I don't whant to bomb the entire tank with Cupramine.

what can possibly be? Can it be something different than ich? and what can I do?
