Question about resubmission

Hi I submitted my renewal application at the beginning of February and got a letter that it was denied, so I resubmitted it about two weeks ago. I have yet to receive any updates regarding the submission, not even a receipt letter which i’m used to receiving shortly after. Can anyone help me and tell me if i’m just freaking out or if this is normal now that everything is taking longer? I’m just nervous since it has been denied due to payment even though the account I used had funds.
