is a good option to buy a diaper cover for 33$?

A diaper cover like this could cost around 33$ Where I live, a package of 20 good quality medical diapers cost arround 18$, so i dont know if it's a good deal to buy a reusable diaper cover or just spend those 33$ on medical diapers
